in the cellar : This is another of the easy-drinking Kumala white blends of two varietals, from the adventurous winemaking team headed by Swiss winemaker Bernard Fontannaz.
The blend comprises 60% Semillon, that has only been aged in stainless steel and 40% Chardonnay, of which 60% has been aged in French Allier oak.
It has an extremely bright colour with sharp green glints and displays attractive citrus hints on the bouquet, which are confirmed on the slightly creamy palate.
