in the vineyard : The Chardonnay grapes were supplied by our Darling farm, which is situated about 8kms from the Atlantic ocean.

about the harvest: The grapes was harvested by hand

in the cellar : Grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented in Stainless Steel tanks. 500L French oak barrels are used for maturation over a period of 8-10 months. A portion of the wines is held back in tank and blended with the wooded wine; this keeps the citrus freshness to the wine.
