Bloem Syrah / Mourvèdre 2011

The South African winelands lie at the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom, the smallest but most biodiverse of the world's six floral kingdoms. Bloem, derived from the Dutch word for 'flower', captures the essence of this unique and dynamic ecosystem with refreshing fruit aromas, clean, creamy flavours, and a hint of exotic spice.

Syrah and Mourvèdre are natural partners, having grown together in the Rhône valley for thousands of years. In this blend, black currant and cherry fruit aromas are balanced with exotic spice and earthy undertones. The wine is smooth with a dry, lingering finish. Perfect alongside the braai.
