in the vineyard : Warm summers and cold, with moderate rainfall winters. Limited Irrigation, mainly dry land, bush vine vineyards.

about the harvest: Grapes come from unirrigated bush vines with yields of between 7 and 8 t/ha. Hand harvested at optimum ripeness at 24°B.

in the cellar : Light tank press follows and the cleaned juice is fermented to retain maximum aroma. At required sugar level the fermentation process is stopped to produce a well balanced, natural sweet wine.
