Two Oceans Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 1999

The wine has youthful aromas of violet, mulberry and cassis on the nose. On the palate it is soft and easy-drinking with a good structure and ripe tannins. The fruit flavours on the nose follow through on the palate of this medium-bodied wine.

in the cellar : In the cellar the juice was left on the skins for 3 days. It fermented at about 24 to 26°C and underwent malolactic fermentation. The blend consists of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot.
