Vrede En Lust Casey's Ridge Viognier 2011

With every passing harvest, the Casey's Ridge vineyard is producing more expressive fruit. Typical Viognier character, but with a cinnamon spice twist. Hints of jasmine flowers, aniseed and peaches on the nose. Medium bodied with subtle oak impact.

Fantastic food wine complementing a wide variety of Thai / Asian / curry dishes. Also goes well with cheese dishes, pasta and richer seafood. Definitely a conversation wine!
