The bouquet shows peach and pear aromas. It has a medium bodied palate with juicy peach and pear, complemented by hints of green apple and a soft creamy minerality leading to a lingering finish.

A perfect wine to partner with creamy bacon carbonara and Seafood Laska.

about the harvest: March 2011 – Hand harvested
in the cellar : 

Juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for three weeks at 13ºC. Wine was left on the gross lees where batonage was applied for a week. Wine was then racked and left on the fine lees till right before bottling.
