The combination of the unique Zinfandel variety and Blaauwklippen terroir can be appreciated in this elegant, highly concentrated dessert wine. Fermented and matured in small oak barrels resulted in a delicately balanced wine with an abundance of raisin flavours with a long, juicy finish.
