De Bos Walker Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2012

COLOUR: Vibrant green heart with lime green rim.
NOSE: Mélange of kiwi, gooseberries, passionfruit, flint (as in mineral tones) and vegetal notes (light grassiness / “fynbos” characters).
PALATE: Beautiful mouth feel with a long fruit packed, persistent finish.

One of the wines on the list one could happily have on its own or as aperitif but pairs well with salads and meals with chicken or fish. A wine which will enliven any meal.

The settled juice is then inoculated and fermented at cool temperatures to ensure a long fermentation and to develop as much as possible complex compounded flavours.
