NOSE: Elegant raspberry, blackberry and concentrated plum aromas. Slight pencil shaving notes.
PALATE: Beautiful mouth feel with a long fruit packed, persistent finish.

in the cellar : The different vineyards`s fruit is vinified separately and matured differently to form a wine which is complex from the offset. Care is taken with the tannin management to make a wine with structure, but which is also palatable.
