This wine is produced from grapes harvested at night to ensure that the natural flavors of the grape could be retained in the fruit. A full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc with powerful varietal flavors of green pepper and freshly cut grass. The wine has good structure and length and lovely balancing acidity.

Compliments chicken, roast, seafood, pizza, veal and curry.
