Avontuur Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2011

Colour: Deep rich plum.
Aroma: Dark cherries with a raw almond nuttiness, ending off with a nuance of mint brought into the profile by the Cabernet Sauvignon component.
Flavour: The medium to full bodied palate introduces a juicy berry profile with sufficient tannic structure to enhance the ageing potential. Integrated wood and a lingering finish adds to the wine's attraction.

Perfect with red meat dishes, oven roasts or robust Italian cuisine like Lasagne.
