Weltevrede Tropico Sauvignon Blanc 2012

The colour is a pale yellow with a slight green tinge. On the nose you get prominent notes of guava and passion fruit. Lovely mouthfeel with flavours of passion fruit, guava and pineapple with a crisp, clean finish.

Enjoy it with light roasted chicken dishes, seafood or summer salads.

The Story
In South Africa the 2 predominant styles of Sauvignon Blanc are the green style and the tropical style. The green style shows flavours of asparagus, green pepper and is quite herbaceous. The tropical style shows flavours of passion fruit, pineapple and guava. With Tropico we select Sauvignon Blanc that show as much tropical flavours as possible.
