An elegant yet powerful Sauvignon Blanc. Flavours of passionfruit and stone fruit with an excellent balance of fruit sweetness and acidity. I particularly liked the almost ethereal texture and impressive length of flavour. Serve with light meals, salad, pastas, fish dishes.
