This wine is produced from grapes harvested at night to ensure that the natural flavors of the grape could be retained in the fruit. A full bodied Sauvignon Blanc with powerful varietal flavors of green pepper and freshly cut grass. The wine has good structure and length and lovely balancing acidity.
