Colour: A delicate pale lemon which will deepen with bottle age.
Aroma: Stewed apricots and baked green apple with hints of lemon meringue.
Taste: Delicious sweetness on the front palate with wonderful tropical fruits of fresh peach and ripe pear.
Finish: Crisp acidity on the finish which balances the sweetness.

The perfect dessert wine to pair with Panna Cotta or a selection of farmhouse cheeses and preserves.
