The invigorating, salty bouquet, reminiscent of the fresh sea breezes caressing our vineyards, is complemented by delightful hints of green fig. All in all a unique, terroir-expressive Bordeaux-style white. Recommended with monkfish on pea puree, seafood bisque or bouillabaisse.
