This is the flagship wine. An ultra premium edition to the range, it possesses complexity on a multitude of layers with dark, red berries and an explosive palate that fills the mouth with rich fruit and a fine tannin. A perfect prototype of a big, cool climate phenomenon wine.

about the harvest: Grapes harvested from very low yeilding bushvine at 2 tons/ha. Handpicked early morning.
in the cellar : Delicately destalked and crushed. Cold soak maceration overnight. Inoculated with special yeast where pump-overs occurred every 4 hours. Only free run juice was used. Malilactic fermentation in new French Oak barrels and further matured for 24 months.
