in the cellar : After 6 to 12 hours of skin contact, 10% of juice from Pinotage grapes is extracted by the method of Saignée or "bleeding". This extracted juice is nice pink in colour and great for Rosé wine. The Juice undergoes cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks with white wine yeast for 4 weeks. Then the resultant Rosé is filtered and bottled.
