in the vineyard : Our Diamond Collection Chenin Blanc is sourced from two specific areas in the Lutzville valley –the cooler Koekenaap region which provides the acidity, structure and backbone while the second batch is sourced from the warmer vineyards close to the Lutzville cellar which provides all the full fruit flavours.

in the cellar : After harvesting and careful fermentation, Brenda matured the Chenin Blanc in 33% new French barrels, 33% second fill French barrels and 33% in stainless steel tanks to produce a wine with body, texture as well as elegance.
