Complex layers of wild berry fruit and spice lead to thrilling nuances of dark chocolate, juicy tannins and a trace of vanilla.

about the harvest: Grapes were harvested in February - April
in the cellar : Grapes were cold soaked for two days after which traditional skin fermentation commenced. After completion of alcoholic fermentation wine underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine underwent partial wood maturation for 10 months.
