Beautiful salmon pink colour, lovely hints of strawberries and red berries with a touch of floral characters on the nose. Dry, with fresh, zippy acidity. Fruit bomb exploding on your pallet with nice long lingering finish. A summer sun delight.

DEGREE BALLING: Varied between 21.8º and 22.2º

FERMENTATION: Single vineyard fermented at 12ºC in separate tanks using Fermicru Rosè yeasts. Fermentation time varied between 12 and 14 days.
