in the cellar : The grapes were crushed separately and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Malo-lactic took place in tanks on French and American oak staves. Further maturation took place in 4th and 5th fill French, Hungarian and American 225L oak barrels for 10 months, before the wine was given a light egg white fining and filtered for bottling.
