in the vineyard :

about the harvest: The Pinotage block was specifically picked to make Rosé, at 22º Balling.

in the cellar : The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed straight to the press where it receives 2 hours skin contact before being pressed lightly. The juice is then settled and racked before being fermented at temperatures of between 12-15°C. The wine is then given a light filter and bottled.
