A very special style of Sauvignon Blanc with less typical green flavour, but more tropical and citrus notes. The wine is very pleasant on the palate with well balanced acidity that makes the wine very drinkable. 15% Semillon blended in for a bit fatness and ageing potential to turn this wine into the perfect food companion.

Seafoods is a must. This is a very nice drinking wine at the moment and should age great to become a very good wine with food.

about the harvest: Harvested by hand into lugs.

in the cellar : The grapes were destalked and chilled through a mash cooler directly into the cellar. Free run juice is used and fermented at cold temperature with special yeast until dry. Party lightly oaked and blended with 15% Semillion.
