A wooded Chenin Blanc with nuances of green apples blended with delicate fruit flavours and crisp acidity. This is a refreshingly dry medium bodied and elegant every day wine. A hint of oak adds some complexity.

in the cellar : Nuances of green apples blended with delicate fruit flavours The grapes were picked very ripe and after 1 hour skin contact the grapes were pressed lightly. 30% of the juice was fermented in 2nd fill French Oak barrels and left on the lease for 4 months. This portion was then blended with stainless steel fermented part.
