ageing : This 2013 Muy Scattie is made for early enjoyment and can be kept for a further 2 years from date of harvest.

in the vineyard : Signal Gun, a family run winery, is situated in the Durbanville region. As the shot of the Signal Gun echoes through the vineyards of our picturesque farm it signals the start of a new generation of wine making.

This is the maiden vintage of Signal Gun’s lighter styled range, namely Tin Hill. Many years ago, prospectors thought Hoogeberg Hill behind us was rich in tin. Thankfully no tin was found and Hoogeberg Hill has been restored to its former lushness, filled with indigenous antelope, fauna and flora.

Be assured that the tasteful memories of our wines will keep on echoing...

about the harvest: A wet winter and dry, hot summer resulted in ideal conditions for a great yield and equal ripening periods. Grapes were picked at optimum ripeness.

in the cellar : lend: 60% Hanepoot / 40% Sauvignon Blanc
