Intriguing nose offering diverse flavours from white peach to marzipan and freshly cut straw. The palate is rich and complex but perfectly balanced with fresh acidity and a heady wood spice finish to round off the flavours.

about the harvest: Each portion is harvested separately.
in the cellar : Barrel fermented in 60 percent new oak after which it is blended and left on the fine lees to age for a further 9 months before bottling. In order to express the full potential of the wine, it has been aged in the bottle.
