in the vineyard : The Marbrook range has been created to perfectly expresses the elegance and sophistication for which Klein Constantia is known. The Madame Marlbrook comprises a selection of only the best parcels of sauvignon blanc and semillon from the Estate.

about the harvest: Each portion is harvested separately.

in the cellar : Barrel fermented in 60 percent new oak after which it is blended and left on the fine lees to age for a further 9 months before bottling. In order to express the full potential of the wine, it has been aged in the bottle.
