in the cellar : A blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon and 38% Merlot. Oxidative pump-over fermentation at 25 - 28 degrees Celsius max. Malolactic fermentation in oak. Aged for 16 months in American oak (40% new). Yield of 7 tons/hectare.
