in the cellar : Cold-soaked for 3 days, fermented in stainless steel tanks and pumped over regularly for maximum fruit extraction. Hungarian oak used for the first time during fermentation and then aged in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels for 12 months. Blended, filtered and bottled.
