about the harvest: The grapes were harvested earlier at a lower sugar level to ensure lower alcohol in the wine. The Fernao Pires was harvested during early March and the Muscat later in March.

in the cellar : Free-run juice was settled overnight and the clear juice was fermented with selected yeast strains. After fermentation, the wines were tasted and the best wines were used for the blend. The blend consist of 75% Fernao Pires and 25% Muscat grapes. The wines was stabilized and filtered before bottling.
