Swartland Reserve 2012

Appearance: Ruby red, medium intensity. This wine has a ruby centre with lighter meniscus, clear and bright.
Nose: Not a very forthcoming nose, no off odours. Spices and red berry fruit flavours.
Palate: A complex wine with lots of flavours coming through on the palate. The wine is medium bodied with eucalyptus, red berry fruit, and candy floss, spices, plum and vanilla aromas. A classic wine with elegant intensity and a good balance.

Bobotie with a contemporary twist.
