Circumstance Syrah 2010 by Waterkloof

Hints of black pepper and other spice on the nose, complemented by scents of flowers and plums. Bright fruit is carried by the fresh acidity and integrated tannins. Elegant with great length.

Pairs fantastically with red meat, especially lamb or sirloin steak, flavoured with Southern French herbs (rosemary, thyme) or hearty casseroles.
