ageing : This wine is drinking exceptionally well now and will continue to do so till the end of 2020.

in the vineyard : The vineyards were monitored to ensure very ripe healthy grapes could be harvested.

about the harvest: Picking started when the grapes were at 27° Balling and the last batch came in at 31° Balling, all very healthy looking.

in the cellar : Fermentation started immediately using WE14 as yeast - slow cool fermentation until fortification with pot still brandy. The wine was matured in old oak for 48 months.
