J.C le Roux La Vallee 1998

The wine has a soft, golden colour. On the nose it has fruity aromas and dominant lime flavours. On the palate it displays a complex combination of strong fruity flavours with delightful yeasty undertones. It is rich and full with a slight sweetness. The elegant packaging, in golden autumn colours, reflects the flavour of the wine and the character of a rich and full sparkling wine. La Vallée, an image of the beautiful valley in which the House of J.C. Le Roux is situated, is an innovative addition to the existing range of J.C. Le Roux Sparkling Wines.
