in the vineyard : This wine is produced from 15 year old vineyards on the Estate. The vineyard is situated on the lower North facing slopes. The soil type is gravel and loam.
about the harvest: The vines are trellised and produce around 9 tons per hectare.
in the cellar : The wine is pressed and the fermentation and maceration period takes 14 days. The wine then spent 6 months in French Oak barrels.
