Colour: Deep red colour with purple hues on the rim.
Bouquet: Abundance of ripe red berries with a slight spicy hint on the nose.
Palate: Well balanced tannin structure and juicy ripe fruits of the forest with refreshing acid on the palate. Medium to light bodied wine.

Enjoy with light pasta dishes, pizza or barbecued meats.

in the vineyard : Warm, dry summers and cold, wet winters. Limited Irrigation, mainly dry land, bush vine vineyards.
about the harvest: Grapes are picked at optimum ripeness at 26 °B from specially selected vineyards.
in the cellar : Drained and pressed at 5° B, and fermentation completed before inoculation with malolactic bacteria. After MLF, the wine is racked and stored in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
