We embrace everything about our farm and because we practice attention to detail in every aspect, we know what our terroir offers – we listen, see and learn from every vintage and by carefully assessing the information and characteristics of the berries produced, we make a wine best suited to that vineyard…maximizing what nature provides.

Our traditional style of Bordeaux Blends are strong and serious, but over the last 3 years we have identified pockets within the vineyards where the specific meso-climate of that patch produces lighter and softer flavours in the grape. This phenomenon gave us the opportunity to create something different…this is how LA JEUNESSE DELICAT was born. This fresh and light style offers intense red undertones, but is soft and delicate in the mouth – a migration between red and white!
