The intense, dark colour lures one closer, to discover a rich, perfumed, classic Bordeaux styled nose. The focus and clarity of deep, ripe, dark fruit seduce the senses, compelling you towards further investigation, revealing subtle, supporting layers of oriental spices, rose petals and a slight minerality. Tasting this wine reveals a perfect complement to the bouquet. The core of concentrated ripe juicy black berries are perfectly supported and respected by fine grained oak integration, giving this wine a long, lingering finish ending off delicately sweet, long after the last sip…

To release all the flavours please decant at least one hour before consumption. It is recommended to serve this wine at optimal temperature (15-18 degrees Celsius).

in the cellar : Aged in a climatized barrel room (16 degrees Celsius at 80% humidity) for 12 months in 50% new and 50% second fill, 225 Liter Oak barrels. Ninety percent French Oak and Malbec had the benefit of American Oak.
