This ruby red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has a vibrant cherry and raspberry nose with a hint of charry oak. The palate is round and concentrated with layered spicy fruit and juicy tannins.

For the adventurous, try pairing with Asian spiced lamb chops on a bed of greens and honey-soy noodles.

about the harvest: The grapes were selected from 4 different vineyard sites and hand harvested at an optimum ripeness.
in the cellar : The crop was crushed and destemmed into stainless steel tanks where fermentation got underway and lasted up to 10 days. A strict pump over regime was followed to extract maximum colour and flavour. After fermentation the wine was matured in 2nd and 3rd fill French Oak barrels for 12 months.
