about the harvest: These grapes were picked at an average sugar 25.4°B. The yield on these red grapes average 9.4 tons/ha. All these grapes are handpicked and sorted before delivered to Jason’s Hill Winery.

The Jason’s Creek is our entry level red wine and all ways consists of a blend of 3 cultivars (not all ways the same cultivars though). The grapes are hand-picked and fermented at a temperature of 25°C - 28°C. With regular pump overs and rackand-return methods the colour and fruit are stabilized early in the vinification process.
