Soft, medium bodied, plum Red with a fruity core. The is a well balanced combination between the red fruit such as plums, cherries and blueberries and cocoa. 

Merlot matches with a variety of light meats and chicken, even lightly spiced meat dishes. Can also be paired with your favourite pasta or salad.
