about the harvest: A wet winter and dry, hot summer resulted in ideal conditions for a great yield. Picked at various degrees of ripeness (green & riper) and was picked from 3 different blocks. These vineyards are 260m above sea level.
in the cellar : Underwent lees contact before bottling and used different styles of yeast for each batch/block.
