Intriguing aromas of cassis, sweet liquorice and tea leaf are followed by hints of leather and cigar box leaving a well-balanced finish. A wine of great pedigree and the flagship of the Idiom range.

in the cellar : 

These grapes received six days cold maceration prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermented at between 24-28°C for 1and a half weeks. The wine was then moved into 225 litre barrels, 45% new French oak 225 litre barrels for 14 months maturation.
