Warm summers and cold, wet winters. Limited Irrigation, mainly dry land, mostly bush vine vineyards.

A carbonated, sparkling wine made in a similar way as all our other Sauvignon Blanc wines. Extended skin contact is given to extract maximum flavours before pressing. The juice settles overnight to clean it and is then fermented at a low temperature to retain maximum fruit.
