Fragrance: Pure citrus, lemon grass, limes, oranges,tangerines, massive, peely and oily style, menthol, slightly resinous.
Taste: Very intense peel oils, bitter lemon associations,citrus, drop-like, minty, delicate sharpness, somewhat edgy,very straight forward.

Storage: Cool and dry, up to 12 months. Serving temperature: 16° C - 18° C

in the vineyard : The unfiltered spirit contains an essence of lemon flavours. The Blaauwklippen Farm provides the very best climate for citrus fruits. All fruits are farmed organic and harvested ripe.
Right after harvesting, the selected quality lemons are used for production Gentleman Spirits.

in the cellar : The lemons are sliced and macerated in husk spirit. After maceration, the mixture is distilled. The column still is a special construction made by Hubertus Vallendar himself. Only the heart and the fine-distillate are filled into the bottle. The etheric oils of the lemons are carefully captured in the spirit.
