Very deep ruby red colour. Cherries, raspberries, plums and spice withsubtle lavender and rosemary undertones. Different layers of aromaswith good balance between fruit and spicy oak aromas. Wine has afruity entry with cherries, raspberries and blackcurrflavours with balanced oak influence. Shows goodwith juicy tannins on middle palate.

The perfect food wine which will age with grace. This wine is suited tomost red meat and game meat dishes.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested in March/April 2011

in the cellar : 100% French Oak matured for 15 months. 10% new barrels and the balance were in 2nd, 3rd, 4th fill barrels for a more complex wine.
