It is a deep plum coloured wine, with earthy fruitcake aromas. Rich plum and ripe pineapple flavours consume the palate.
This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, and makes an excellent companion to fruit dishes, sweet desserts and mildly spiced stews.
