A big, deep wine with deeply coloured red plum, blackberry and currant fruit flavours. This complex wine has a Smokey and earthy aroma with a velvety texture and mouthfeel ending in a spicy Smokey finish.

Jason’s Hill Private Cellar is tucked away in the heart of the Boland at the foot of the Slanghoek Mountains. With its fertile soil and excellent climate the very best of grapes are produced for making award-winning wines. The winery was built in 2002 when the Du Toit family decided to make their own wine and the winery has been going from strength to strength. Not only did Ivy Du Toit win the Diners Club Young Winemaker of the Year Award in 2003, she was also South Africa’s first Woman Winemaker of the Year in 2004.
