in the vineyard : Sourced from our trellised vineyards on the Fairview farm in Paarl and our bushvine vineyards in Darling.
in the cellar : The grapes were destemmed, crushed and the juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left on the lees for 4 months before bottling. A youthful, fresh wine from South Africa’s signature grape.
